1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder flavored extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice flavored carbonated beverage (such as Coca-Cola or Pepsi)
2 cups orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
4 large marshmallows, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and extract. Mix well, and set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Slowly pour in orange juice, stirring until mixture is thickened. Slowly pour orange juice into the flour mixture. Beat in brown sugar mixture with an electric mixer. Pour brown sugar mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely, then cut into 1-inch squares. Serve warm or cold.
I made this white chocolate cake for a Christmas party and it didn't set up like it should have I think it should have had egg whites instead of egg yocks.olivedave it was fattened i think.
