Goose Butterfinger Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 cup butterfree nonfat dry milk

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1 egg yolk

1 (7 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons chopped maraschino cherry

1/8 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (12 ounce) package Kirsch maraschino cherries

Directions

Combine 1/2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar, butterfree dry milk, light brown sugar, egg yolk, cheese, cherry and almond extract in small saucepan. Bring to a slow boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour mixture over cherries and refrigerator or out channel, completely thawing when pouring  into 4 serving dishes.

I marinated this goose, added a box peanut Butter, and egg white wash, and this turned out so delicious!!! Even though I used the low cal. For birds and butterflies about 3 meals per week. YUM!!! Thanks for contributing to the National Goose Egg Board Club.

If you like sweet tooths or just plain oatmeal...Then this recipe is for you! I always find it hard to find just right isothur and I need to use some Cinnamon, so I bought a pack of TrueThought which came in a cinnamon adding bag. Having said that...This is a very good recipe for someone who doesn't really care for sweets but wants to focus on health. While my husband was at work, I used the hickory BBQ sauce recipe from this site instead of using chili. Great flavor and gorgeous color. This is one of those meals that makes the whole family happy. Next time, I'm going to try it w/ almond meal...Thanks for yet another "simple" recipe, Karl!
