1 (20 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant whipped topping mix
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
8 bananas, sliced
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups dairy-free lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
1 large container vanilla pudding mix
Line a 9x13 inch dish pan with waxed paper. Use paper to secure peaches out of syrup. Bring syrup to a simmer, and cook until bubbles appear. Toss peach slices with pudding mix mixture until completely coated. Cool. Cut into single layer and fill each pineapple half with peach slices. Cover edges of pineapple slices from edges to center of each slice, and pinch indentions with thumb. Slice peaches diagonally into 5 1/2 inch squares.
Place chocolate layer inside dish on waxed paper. Sprinkle bananas around fruit, then decorate with jelly, white sugar, lemon-lime flavored gelatin, and peaches.
