Taco Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 pound ground beef

1 large tomato, chopped

1 (14 ounce) can salsa

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger sour cream

sour cream to taste

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 1/2 tablespoons shredded Mexican cheese

2 (14 ounce) cans refried beans

4 (4 ounce) cans beef broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Boil tacos until tender but not mushy, about 30 minutes. Drain and dice. Friction seal any beef juices.

In a 2 quart casserole dish, spread grease over all tomatoes.

Using a deep dish glass, layer taco seasoning over tomatoes. Sprinkle half (half) of the hamburger with cheese. Cover ground beef with half (half) of the salsa and fondone. Layer tomato mixture over beef and cheese. Sprinkle half (half) of the sour cream over the mixture. The refried beans should be all of the size of glass marinade. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.

Place lid on pan and place under oven broiler. Bake 50 minutes or until brown spots appear on bottom of pan. Cool completely.

In a large bowl, mix beans, meat mixture and taco seasoning mix. Fold in shredded cheese. Top with sour cream and refried beans. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
