1/2 fluid ounce filtered strawberry liqueur
2 fluid ounces vodka
2 fluid ounces cranberry juice
2 fluid ounces vodka
1/2 fluid ounce ginger ale
1/2 fluid ounce raspberry liqueur
Fill glass half way with ice. Stir. Pour in cranberry juice and vodka. Pour into glasses and garnish with ginger ale.
For some reason, when I dip into the batter, all I get is a runny stuff. But after trying a few different recipes, this is how I always do a balsamic deep fry. I extra chilled the batter to 1/2 of the way, then i was able to get it nice and thick. About halfway through, I trimmed the chipped edges and roasted for 10 minutes at 425 with the foil on. I added fresh garlic powder, ran through the mushroom, then through the cheese. Thick, but not clumpy. Let them cool and firm up in the fridge while working. Then I used a meat thermometer to make sure they were done. Worked beautifully.
