Potato Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, drained

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, parsley, basil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.

these are tasty and good for you - just a heads up that they have a delicate taste which makes them quite desserty. If you are looking for something different, I would venture to say that this is not the sort of recipe you would take to a dinner party, but perhaps a late night dessert would be better.
