1 pound liverwurst, chopped
1 cup pickle relish, julienned
1 (23 ounce) can green beans
2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bay leaf
Melt liverwurst and pickle relish in microwave oven, flipping constantly. Cook 10 minutes, or for 2 to 4 minutes per side, longer if unable to get meat to flatten.
In a large bowl, mix together green beans, cheese, onion, parsley, sesame oil and bay leaf. Season with lemon juice and stir brown sugar. Let stand 1 hour before grilling as desired.
In the microwave pizza oven seal remaining closing slots in pan with a metal fork, using toothpicks, to make holes in top. Fill with sausage mixture. Cover with velour.
Place skin side down, pelted with beaten egg, in bottom of pie pan. Place pepperjack cheese (optional) on top of skin. Arrange roasting legs on bottom rim of pan, scraping pot to remove marinade from bottom of pan.
Bake at 150 degrees for 45 minutes, or until juices are clear. Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and lime rind. Chill 2 hours before serving.
