Master Chef's Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 teaspoons dried oregano

3 teaspoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

4 teaspoons dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups tomato paste

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

In a food processor, combine onion and garlic. Pulse until onion is translucent and garlic is translucent; press mixture into a small bowl. Place the basil, rosemary, marjoram, oregano and basil into the center of the onion/garlic mixture. Stir well. Season with salt, pepper, tomato paste and parsley.

I made this quick, disposable burger with a side of rice & this Cuisinart machine allows me to chop & add fresh minced garlic as I would choosing to the pick & bite size hamburgers. This creates one of the most magnificent burgers I have ever done. I made Crumbled Caprese with it and used his recipe of using fresh seasonal mushrooms. Yum!
