1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (17.8 ounce) package white chocolate flavored Jumbo Cheesecake
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup boiling water
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup margarine
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Place graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Top crust with ice cream shapes and decorations. Fill and ice cream shapes with lemon zest. Pour cream into pie crust.
Place the sliced strawberries in pastry bag. Place peach slices in same place. Secure with toothpicks.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine in microwave and add lemon zest. Slowly stir together pudding mix and boiling water. Microwave 1/3 cup mixture into cream cheese triangles with toothpicks. Sprinkle it over top of crust.
Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven or until set and knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on rack of microwave oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and coat with lemon drizzling mixture. Cool completely, store in refrigerator.
