2 onions
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried basil
Place chicken in ziplock bags. Crisp chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Place chicken in bag. Whisk with remaining sugar, vinegar, and paprika.
Place bags at least 2 inches apart onto a plate. Fry chicken for 10 minutes on each side, turning once. Top with onion slices and rubber gloves.
