1 cup water

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

3/4 cup wild rice
Heat water and oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute until almost raw.
Add green peppers and green bell peppers and saute until crispy. Stir in the onion and celery mixture. Stir in the rice and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, celery mixture, salt, pepper, celery and onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add wild rice, stir together and cook for 1 minute. Serve with vegetables and cooked rice.
