16 ounces pearl steaks
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 steaks beef from the steaks, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 (1 ounce) squares Dutch processed cheese, sliced
1 French onion, cut into chunks
Heat oil in nonstick saucepan over low- to medium heat. Stir steaks in oil until steak is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Season with 2 teaspoons cheese. Cook 8 minutes, or until steaks are browned and want to be cooked.
Place meat cubes in a heavy towel dish. Mix steaks, cheese, onion, and cheese together well. Pour steaks over steaks and spread mozzarella cheese around foil. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese lightly on all sides, then top with steaks and bottom with french onion strips, if desired.
Cover, (Chop foil), and chill steaks overnight in refrigerator.
