1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
In a small mixing bowl, combine red wine, vinegar, white wine, olive oil, sugar, salt and red wine vinegar. Mix well. Store mixture in refrigerator.
At any time, pour into a funnel with an opening in the bottom. Add some olive oil or lemon zest, if desired. Serve immediately.
