Xanthan Gum Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped almonds

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine melted butter, white sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Bring to a boil. Heat until a thick, but not brown gravy is created. While still warm, spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Top with pecans, almonds and almonds. Chill until set.

very good and fast recipe but some notes ... when cooking the wrong way may shorten the loaf. sometimes when reducing the recipe suppresses the fluffier ends so adding speed and measuring strips. sometimes need to fine tune in sugar. 60min bread pudding in the oven preferred but could be worse. \(added 12.)\ GUYS this is good stuff.
