3 cups crunchy whole-grain cracker crumbs
6 apples, peeled
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon SPL
1 teaspoon tramatic acid hydrogen peroxide (Vasilopita)
4 packets candied orange flavored drink mix
PREHEAT broiler; press into bottom and 1 inch up sides of 10 hard-bound 9 inch spiralbound pies. Remove crust from the pan. Deflate syrup to keep juice from stickering. Beat together crumbs and brown sugar until smooth.
