2 (18 ounce) packages yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flaked coconut for decoration
Prepare cake mix according to package directions and spread into greased 9 inch round cake pans.
Prepare jelly and vanilla pudding according to package directions and spread into greased 2 inch round pans. Beat white sugar, oil and eggs with electric mixer using an electric mixer bowl 4 minutes. Gradually beat in the vegetable oil until blended.
Pour remaining vegetable oil into a large bowl, add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually beat in the flour mixture, then the vanilla until just blended. Mix in milk and vanilla extract, then slowly beat in coconut by hand.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpicks are golden brown. Allow to cool before serving. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles of your choice.
