1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon hot mustard powder
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/3 pounds whole pork
2 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups water
1 (9 ounce) package bacon-wrapped pepperjack cheese
Combine the soy sauce, water, flour, garlic, mustard and soy sauce in small bowl; beat well.
Place the pork, eggs and onion in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until pork is tender; drain.
Strain sauce into a small bowl and adjust the seasoning packet to your liking by adding dried parsley. Add celery and stir, and simmer until creamy, about 1 minute. Add water and pepperjack cheese and stir.
