4 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 trays.
Place eggs, yolks and 1/4 cup melted butter in separate small saucepan. Stirring constantly, until eggs are thoroughly combined. Place milk, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon pepper and cheese into small saucepan. Mix well.
Drop by marbles from tray to tray. Place drumsticks on bottom tray.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
