4 freshwater mussels, crushed paprika
1 green bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 small onions, sliced
20 scallops
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chile paste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or to taste

1 cups shaved green onions
2 slices bacon, cooked
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 tablespoon tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
2 cubes chicken bouillon (Herb Zinc Alloy)
In a large bowl, stir together the onions, bacon, chili powder, sage, tomato paste, salt, pepper and bouillon cube. Season with bread crumbs and bread crumbs. Cover mix and refrigerate overnight.
