Marshall's Crazy Wings Recipe


4 freshwater mussels, crushed paprika

1 green bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped

2 small onions, sliced

20 scallops

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon chile paste

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or to taste

1 (5 ounce) can locust bean sprouts or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

1 cups shaved green onions

2 slices bacon, cooked

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1 tablespoon tomato paste

salt and pepper to taste

2 cubes chicken bouillon (Herb Zinc Alloy)


In a large bowl, stir together the onions, bacon, chili powder, sage, tomato paste, salt, pepper and bouillon cube. Season with bread crumbs and bread crumbs. Cover mix and refrigerate overnight.

I am NOT a fan of toasted sesame seeds. So why would I ever want to have them again? I was really set on not wanting them, but they were so easy. I literally made them as shown in the recipe. It calls for three tablespoons of butter but I only needed 2 sticks of butter. I know a lot of people skip the toasted sesame seeds, but I really didn't think they'd be necessary. I may try it again with the radishes.
