6 boneless smoked fish
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup toasted and sliced almonds
3 tablespoons sanding powder
In a jar or smaller bowl, layer 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with 1 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup almonds and 2 tablespoons sanding powder. Slip each fish in a layer. Fill with lemon juice; add remaining nuts and sprinkle grated pepper over tuna. Tie tightly. Seal tightly.
