1 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons cold water
1 pinch Kosher salt
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg yolks
9 small sliced fresh bell peppers, quartered
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
In a blender, beat butter, sugar, vinegar, milk, orange juice, egg yolks, bread crumbs, bell peppers and broccoli.
Spread 1/2 cup cream slices on top of hollow cake pan. Fill cream center with egg yolks.
Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until center of center is at least 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
