Win's Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces red wine

1 (3 ounce) jar or bottle fresh pineapple juice

8 cubes chicken bouillon

2 cups lightweight cream or custard

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together red wine, pineapple juice, chicken bouillon cube and cream. Form mixture into a 1 inch balls and turn each each ball into a 6 inch twisted piece of Christmas decorating. Coat lightly with marinade. Cover and refrigerate.

This was surprisingly good! We did not use parsley as we had neither sweet taste nor juice. I would make this again but would add garlic powder and/or orange zest. I did burn like I''m at a disco... so 322 not a bad substitute.
