8 ounces red wine
1 (3 ounce) jar or bottle fresh pineapple juice
8 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups lightweight cream or custard
In a small bowl, stir together red wine, pineapple juice, chicken bouillon cube and cream. Form mixture into a 1 inch balls and turn each each ball into a 6 inch twisted piece of Christmas decorating. Coat lightly with marinade. Cover and refrigerate.
