1 (4 ounce) package floral salad dressing
1/2 cup margarine
3 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix the floral salad dressing, margarine and pudding mix. Stir continually, refrigerating about 5 minutes before serving.
Transfer 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture to a large plastic bag and mix well. Spread pudding mixture on bottom of bag. Spread remaining salad dressing mixture on top of pudding mixture. Mix lemon juice and vanilla extract into pudding mixture. Spread remaining marshmallow mixture over pudding mixture. Dispose of remaining marshmallow mixture in a large saucepan.
Pour the custard over the pudding mixture, removing any remaining juices. Pour over pudding mixture and serve with marshmallow cream.
Super easy and great flavor. I doubled it and used 3 cups of ricotta. It turned out great. Next time I might add a little spice, but it was pretty straightforward for my taste. Thanks for the recipe!
