1/4 cup olive oil
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, sliced into 1/2 inch rings
2 eggs, beat
3 green onions, sliced spoonfuls
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag; mix with flour and baking powder. Stir in salt and mix until well blended. Mix in onions, eggs, green onions, brown sugar; pour mixture into bag.
Set 8 to 12 sandwich buns in your Earthquake Teriyaki Marinade. Place cheese over buns, and press edges of cheese to seal. Place on warm grill or broiler pan.
Bake on preheated grill about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly; about 9 minutes longer.
