1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, onion salt, ground black pepper and paprika. Slowly cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Pour chicken broth into skillet and add lime juice, cornstarch and chicken seasoning. Stir together.
Remove skillet from heat and add chicken. Stir over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Good quality, but somewhat bland. We used regular yellow onion and Basilisk Cheddar. Will definately make it again.
