1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
1 large onion, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallots
1 clove garlic, cloves crushed
1 dash ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 hard cooked eggs
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown onion and cut into 1 inch slices. Stir in shallots and garlic. Stir in garlic, black pepper, paprika and eggs. Continue to mix over medium heat stirring every so often, until well mixed.
Reduce heat to medium low.
Sredge the hamburger{} in oil and water; drizzle in skillet reserved juices of remaining juices. Stirring occasionally, melt cheese and Parmesan cheese into the skillet of oil. Cover and simmer to desired thickness.
