1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1 (8 ounce) can frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix strawberries, cream cheese, milk, white sugar, honey and soy milk. Beat mixture until smooth; refrigerate overnight. Melt butter and cook onion and celery into the strawberry mixture. Stir in honey, vanilla extract and 3/4 cup whipped topping. Pour filling into baked pastry crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Serve warm.
Just made into cups, Only changes i made was to add about 1T of brown sugar and 2T of cocoa powder, both to give it more sweetness. I left my vanilla out because I feel it is too sweet. It is completely un-French. I think the pros outweigh her cons though. Have a nice day.
