1 pound potatoes
1/2 cup cooked white potatoes
1/2 cup cooked celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried chili
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Place potatoes and water in large pot, and add 2 gallons milk. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Add celery, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, baking powder, sage, chili, and hot pepper sauce. Continue over low heat 5 to 7 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
