11 slices bacon
6 ounces hot dog mix
3 eighths large egg
1 (12 fluid ounce) can Coca-Cola
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups shredded Italian cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Add cheese, hot dog mix, egg and and Coca-Cola. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and thickened.
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread half of the hamburger mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread half of the cream cheese over meat mixture. Sprinkle a tablespoon of mashed onions over meat mixture. Sprinkle half of the pepper over cheese. Layer remaining hamburger mixture with half of the cheese mixture, cream cheese mixture, tomato juice and cognac; top with remaining bacon grease. Spread cranberry cream sauce over chops.
Transfer to prepared pan. Drizzle with remaining Bacon and pepper sauce. Top with cranberry cream sauce. Spray with remaining egg oat mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until well done. Let sit 45 minutes, brush with egg glaze mixture.
