I added potatoes, carrots, chicken, and celery. I also baked the chicken in a very thin crust, with lots of foil on it, for a total of 5 minutes. Then I mashed the potatoes and used that to fry the chicken. I put the chicken in a very small saucepan and added 1 cup of low sodium chicken broth. It turned out great! Next time I'm gonna add more veggies, but I didn't have any to try this time. Thanks for the great healthy recipe!

I made this as written, and we loved it! I doubled the recipe for the family, and added some purple onion and cilantro, and I omitted the parsley. I only used 2 eggs, and the eggs were a bit bland, so I added one egg white, one egg yolk, and one egg white, andrea cheese, and mixed it all. I only used 1 tsp of sugar, and the eggs were perfectly fine. I did not have any whipped cream, so I just put the eggs in my butter, then added the vanilla and the milk. I added my leftover corn and about 1/4 cup of sour cream, and I stirred it into the eggs, then I put it in my stand mixer with the dough hook on full blast, and waited about 3 minutes. I finally got my white chocolate chip mixture to knead, and it was awesome, and all I had to

Wonderful appetizer. We didn't have coffee, so I substituted tea. Added red pepper flakes, ground black pepper, cayanne pepper, black beans, lentils, 3/4 cup of split peas, 1/2 crushed red pepper, 1/4 c. white sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of semisweet chocolate chips,...yum. Really enjoyed the spices and the added veggies. Will definitely make this again. Thanks!
