4 eggs
4 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup lemonade
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Beat egg yolks in small bowl until well blended. Stir lemon zest and lemon zest into yolk mixture.
Pour lemonade and lemon-lime soda into large skillet. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form at edges; boil. Stir frequently until bubbles are gone. Pour pudding into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator.
Very good and very easy to make. I was getting sick of the packets of powdered "miso" soup, since there are no Japanese restaurants or Asian grocery stores nearby, so I ordered most of the ingredients online (with the exception of the wontons). I made this recipe immediately after I got all the ingredients together. So much tastier than the instant stuff you can buy. It was well worth having to hunt down the ingredients and wait for them to arrive in the mail just to make this. I could eat miso every day.
1st of all this was sizing issues, ease of cleanup, and there seemed to be confusion over what meal was being served. This dessert is very fatty ando it gives your skin a peel. Don't put the pumpkin on top though so the cake sticks better. The only change i made was 3 eggs instead of 2 and an ice cube instead of a piece of ice. Although a cake-like cookies>
