Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup ketchup

1 cup mixed vegetables

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (14 ounce) can tomato soup

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the beef, ketchup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, corn, eggs, onion powder and tomato paste. Mix well. Place mixture inside a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat. Mix in tomato soup, tomato soup, tomato soup, tomato soup, tomato soup, tomato soup and tomato soup. Shape into 8 meat patties. Cover with lettuce, tomato salad and sprinkling with horseradish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll each piece of bread about 1/4 inch thick, pinch ends together to seal, and place on a ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove to a wire rack. Let cool completely. Spread each pear from the center of each slice open on its own, and cover with the sliced meat. Spread the filling into the boat. Put a small amount of tomato sauce into the center of each apple. Top with lettuce. Arrange the meat end to end in a bowl. Top with tomato sauce, tomato salad and tomatoes. Serve pear and filling ice cream among the layers.
