1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 cucumber, seeded
1 green bell pepper, seeded and shredded
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 eggs
3 drops hot lemon zest

Replace the ground beef with cabbage. Stir in the tomatoes, cucumber, and green pepper. Mix thoroughly.
