1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup diced onion
1 (2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (16 ounce) can anchovies, drained
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix in parsley, green onions, onion and mushrooms. Mix in anchovies and mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture over the prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Remove pan from oven and spread cream cheese mixture over hot baking dish. Bake an additional 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
