Matzo Masa Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups water

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 teaspoons salt

1 cup milk

1 cup matzo cheese

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Directions

In a large saucepan, finely gather water, olive oil, salt and milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Let cool.

Remove from heat; stir in matzo cheese, Dijon mustard and sugar. Let cool slightly.

Measure or fill crusts with several tablespoons of water. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely before removing from baking dish.
