Though this takes several steps, the results are well worth it. As with all of the recipes in this series, there's a nice blend of flavors--just make sure you chop the red bell pepper, the rest is improv. On the rub, I added my chicken broth and onions went great. My husband hasn't finished eating yet, so I'm not really sure what to save. I loved the sauces--simply put, executed and Delicious.
