4 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
3 tablespoons margarine
3/4 cup Orange juice
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon extra lemon juice
18 mini marshmallows (optional)
8 egg whites
1/2 cup Flamed peanut butter
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, margarine and orange juice, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the margarine, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. set aside.
Preheat oven to 310 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread into cookie sheet. Drop marshmallows by half teaspoons onto cookie by hand filling just about all the holes.
Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven but the cookies will be puffed out. Remove from cookie sheet to wire racks, cool on wire racks and cool completely.
