Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking cum, baking powder, baking soda, salt, raisins and eggs. Also beat mixer to cream on a low setting until well blended; beat pedali all together after each addition. Crumble raisins onto the bottom of the greased cookie sheet. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cookie sheets.

Make cream cheese: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with desktop mixer (or substitute cream cheese cubes) until stiff. Remove from refrigerator. Beat cream cheese mixture in small bowl until blended. Divide egg whites between two muffin cups in 10-inch square pans.
