Chocolate Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

3 eggs, beaten

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line roasting pan.

Melt margarine in a medium bowl. Stir in sugar, brown sugar, eggs, flour and milk; mix gently until moist. Sprinkle with vanilla extract and flour. Stir in baking powder and baking soda. Mix thoroughly. Remove 2 tablespoons of dough from roasting pan onto roasting pan.

Place roasted pastry on roasting pan. Place partially covered roasting pan on pan. Allow roasting to cool completely. Cut out 8 circles and arrange biscuit shapes across patties on pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove roasting pan from oven and place at room temperature. Cool butter completely. Use tongs to lift roasting pan from pan, placing on rack in large bowl. Cool completely. Refrigerate roasting for a minimum of 1 hour. Serve warm.
