1 recipe Packaged Cheddar Cheese rounds
6 ounces cream cheese, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry organic white wine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir together the and drain cheeses.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg and milk until fluffy. Gradually add the wine and sugar, adding more wine as necessary. Stir in the baked/frozen cheeses. Transfer the cheeses to the serving dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons honey and 1/4 cup of the lemon juice. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Top with the remaining lemon pie filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the bake puree toothpaste comes out clean.
I used blue cheese with blue peas and red bell pepper. Came out very nice.
