Sweet Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white chocolate chip cookie crumbs

3/4 cup butter, melted

6 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup vanilla extract

1 egg

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix prepared chocolate crumbs and 3/4 cup butter until well blended. Mix egg whites together and set aside, so that the 3/4 cup of crumb mixture will be used in a later recipe.

Stir melted cheese into the remaining 4 quarter teaspoons of flour. Put cookie crumb mixture in the bottom of a roasting pan or parchment lined tin. Beat egg whites into 3/4 cup butter and sprinkle evenly over cookies.

Bake for 14 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, uncovered. Allow cookies to cool. Cool slightly on cookie sheet. Reserve cookie crumbs for later. Serve cookies with crumb mixture.

Made these for the first time last week and my first attempt was definitely a flop...I ended up baking extra standard macaroon bits because my cookies were way too sweet for my taste and I wanted to try them again next time. These are definitely worth the time and effort, and are a huge hit so far with my little brother and me!

I've made these twice, and love them. I put the brownie mix in my piping bag with a large tip, than filled the lined baking dish about 3/4 of the way with the chocolate chips. I then filled the remaining half of the dish, with the chocolate chips. I'm sure the chocolate chips would still be good in there, without the chocolate chips... I was only piping the tips into the dish, and it filled the entire dish, with the peanut butter splashes. It took me almost no time at all to make, and it was mostly by ear, so hopefully this helps:

I made these for a party, took a bite, went into sugar shock. Had to pound the ciabatta dough for 20 mins before I could stick it in the freezer.
