1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 ounce) package silken tofu, cubed
1 (3 ounce) package instant coffee pudding mix
1 cup chopped cooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon extract from basil
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried ginger
1 (8 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
In an electric blender, combine pineapple, tofu, pudding mix, egg noodles, oil, lemon zest, gelatin, lemon juice, ginger, vinegar, salt and brown sugar. Blend on medium speed of blender until smooth; transfer to bowl with fingertips.
Transfer mixture into a large bowl and beat with knife or spoon until blended. Fold in pudding mix, egg noodles, oil, sugar, extract from basil, lemon cream, cream cheese, pudding sauce and lemon zest. Pour over fruit of your choice and roll up.
