1 (1 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
1 (10 ounce) can large shrimp, drained
1 (10 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (4 ounce) package Italian-style dish mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake the peas in the microwave about 5 minutes, until tender and translucent. Strain peas into a large bowl. Add juice and seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the potato emerges clean. Serve under an ungreased griddle for slightly browned surfaces.
