1 cup margarine
1 cup honey
3 eggs, beaten
1 (20 ounce) can sliced marshmallows
3/4 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch pan. Sift together the margarine, honey and eggs.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, margarine and honey until light and fluffy. Mix in marshmallows. Sugar and lemon juice mix in with the marshmallows. Fold the flour and baking powder into the mixture until smooth.
Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool completely before opening. Cut into bars or squares using two forks and serve warm.
