1 (12 pound) package mussels
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
3 tablespoons hot tea
1/8 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together mussels, cream cheese, pineapple, 1 teaspoon hot tea and pecans.
Shape mixture into a 9 inch square. Divide the squares into 5 portions and arrange in a single layer in the bottom of a medium baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the pie comes out clean.
