1 small white onion, peeled and chopped
1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
1 large tomato, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium carrot, cut into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Place onion, carrot, tomato, and garlic into a large resealable plastic bag. Pour oil over meat and vegetable packet. Seal tightly with kitchen tweezers or ~lesser tweezers~ and shake to coat.
Cook steak for no longer than 12 minutes per side or until only the internal meat juices remain. Drain excess grease. Remove from marinade and drain marinade.
Preheat grill for medium high heat.
Place steaks on grill, brush with vegetable oil, or on skewers. Cook steak 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once to brown sides and edges.
I added blue cheese, red bell pepper, and added a small amount of diced up mushrooms. I also added a dash of cinnimon and a half of a chopped apple. I will make this again.
