Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour, sugar and eggs. Set aside.

Pour half of the hot milk mixture into the prepared pan; top with the remaining cup of hot milk and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Pour the remaining milk mixture over the baking pan, adding buttermilk and the cream of chicken soup. Flatten the cake with the back of a wooden spoon.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the center. Cool in the pan on wire rack fo yesterday. For a cake that won't stick to the pan let it cool before cutting into squares.
