4 cups juice concentrate
1 box orange flavored Jell-O
1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) can flavored lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 cups boiling water
In a large plastic container, mix lemon juice concentrate, lemon zest and boiling water. Stir until smooth.
Place orange gelatin over ice in a metal bowl. Pour the orange juice over gelatin and let stand for 2 minutes. Slowly pour in hot water, stirring until gelatin coats the bottom of the plastic container.
Fill plastic container 2/3 full with lemon juice. Refrigerate after serving.
