I followed the recipe exactly except I didn't add garlic powder so the color was bland but other than that it came out pretty darn good. Not knock-your-socks-off-good, but close.

Made this at Christmas time and the only change I made was to salt the chicken before putting it in the oven. Made very tasty indeed!

Very juicy & mild flavored. I used 1Tbsp of oil & left the other half in. Baked for 15 minutes until chicken was fork tender. Served over whole wheat pasta, also baked in Prego. No-bake Oven. A super easy weeknight meal!

I think this recipe is delicious, my husband loved it and he is allergic to garlic, onion and/or cayenne peppers. So if any of those things are tricky, just leave them out and I think you can easily work around them.
