Tomato Cheese Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

2 egg yolks

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chile powder, and salt.

Transfer mixture to a food processor and process until very smooth.

Heat medium heat in a large skillet over medium heat. Halve yolks. Cook yolks until brown; remove yolks from skillet. Transfer yolks just before serving.

This is the best baked berry recipe I have tried and something I will probably use again. My husband raved about it and I has tried it with everything from white bread to Indonesian snacks. There is no substitute for the manual preparation and the end product is darn near flawless. Makes perfect amount of texturally similar flavor and is absolutely delicious.
