Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly... I didn't use onions or mushrooms because I don't like them and didn't have them. I didn't use seasoning because I don't like it and didn't have it. I used red bell pepper, added 1 tsp. greek seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon. I felt it needed a little more seasoning so I added 2 tsp bird's sauce and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. I was afraid going to have a hard time getting seafood products toodium stable, so I measures following recipes recommendations... I got it to Room temp in 30 seconds. Can't wait to try it...
